A Divided Country: Religious Liberty and Atheistic Influences

In a country where tolerance is waning and where people of various religious and ethnic backgrounds undermine the founding moral structure, there is a hope that one day we can remain "one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

I am an avid outdoors nut with a love for God. I spend as much time as possible outside hiking and mountain biking. I am active in youth ministry and am currently deciding between youth ministry and biology as a career path. I also have the most incredible people in my life. Most notably, my girlfriend, Jodi. It's definitely amazing how God can bless you so much through only one person. ;)

Taking things for granted

I love nature. That is why you see these pictures I have taken. And I often wonder if we take God's beautiful creation for granted. It's always been there. From the beginning of the world. Man has not known a time where God's wonderous creation was not present. For instance, you look up at the stars at night and see the vast universe. I think most of us never think of a time without it. I am not entirely sure if there was a time without it. The Bible says that God created the heavens and the earth. But God is forever, both past and future. It leaves a lot of questions. A lot of questions. We will have to wait till heaven to find them out. But God's creation is special. He made it for us. We were to enjoy it. And, although it's off the subject, I have to mention the fact that we have kind of abused it. I was just thinking about this subject when I got up this morning and wanted to share it with you. Thanks:)

P.S. If any of you want to use the photos on here, your more than welcome to.

God beautiful creation is wonderous!

I love nature too...I especially love open fields under a dark starry sky, fog, mountains, and water (oceans, lakes, streams, rivers).
The heavens DO declare the glory of God!

Thanks Kristi. I really like the mountains. They are my favorite type of landscape. Thanks again,
